You will enjoy training in Boxing, Muay Thai,or MMA. This class will prepare you to compete as an amateur or professional fighter. Whether you decide to compete or just train to be ready, you will find this training well worth your time. Training includes roadwork, Pad Training, Clinching, Sparring, and Heavy Bag Training. Join us on Monday and Wednesday’s for this 1 ½ hour intense experience. You can look forward to finishing the week strong with a 2 hour workout on Fridays.

Barefoot work out, boxing gloves, hand wraps, head gear, chin guards.
